She has been in training here since mid 2025.
Metis answers questions from clients, supports our team internally, and prices engagements. She also runs on a learning loop. When she does not know something, she asks us, and the answer goes back into what she knows. She improves every week because we teach her every week.
What she does
Most people arrive with one question: which tier am I, and what will it cost? Metis will ask what you hold, where it sits and how it is controlled, then price it on the spot — including the portfolios that are awkward to price, such as staked positions, LP tokens, or a vault with more than one signer.
She also handles the questions that come before that one: what a verification report contains, what your auditor will expect to see, what we need from you, and how long it takes.
What she is not
Metis is not a general-purpose chatbot with our logo on it. She runs on agents we built and a knowledge base we wrote — our procedures, our engagement standards, our report formats, our record of the awkward cases — rather than on the open internet’s opinion of digital assets.
She will tell you when she is not sure. Anything unusual goes straight to a person on our team. And a person signs every report we issue. Metis never does.
How the learning loop works
Nothing about Metis improves by accident.
You ask her something. If the answer is in what we have taught her, she answers it.
If it is not, she says so, and puts the question to us rather than inventing an answer.
We answer it, and that answer goes into the knowledge base she runs on.
